MATTHEW CAQUELIN
Matthew Paul Caquelin “Matt”, 26, of Sacramento, CA formerly of Bonner Springs, KS Passed away on Wed., Nov. 25, 2015 in Sacramento, CA. Graveside Funeral services will be at 11:00 am, Mon., Dec. 7, in the Prairie Home Cemetery in North Topeka, KS. The Family will receive friends at the Visitation from 3 to 5 pm, Sun., Dec. 6, at the Alden – Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs, KS. Matthew was born on May 11, 1989 in Merriam, KS and had lived most of his life in this area. Matthew graduated from Bonner Springs High School in 2007 where he played Basketball and ran Track and Cross-Country. Matthew attended and enjoyed playing Basketball at both Marshalltown Iowa Community College and the Kansas City Kansas Community College. More recently Matthew had been working at Starbucks in Sacramento and was looking forward to being an Uncle for the first time in the near future. Matthew was preceded in death by his Stepfather Ron Walker in 2005 and his Maternal Grandmother Kathy Boaz on Nov. 3, 2015. Survivors include his Mother Tammy Walker of Bonner Springs, KS and Father Paul Caquelin of Trimble, MO. His Sister Jenna Scott (Corey) of Kansas City, KS. His Maternal Grandfather Jerry Boaz of Troy, KS; Paternal Grandmother Pam Bogdan (Boyd) of Plattsburg, MO; and Paternal Grandfather Jerry Caquelin of TN. As well as many Aunts, Uncles, numerous cousins and other family and friends.
